| Virtual Bouncer notified me about a parasite, and I asked for it to be

| I keep getting your ad but don't want your product. What can I do? |
|
You're not seeing an ad. The reason that it looks like an ad is because a lot of companies are running ads on the Internet that look
like messages from software running on a computer. However, what you are seeing ACTUALLY IS A MESSAGE FROM SOFTWARE RUNNING ON YOUR COMPUTER. Virtual
Bouncer is running on your computer and has found adware, spyware or tracking files. You have three choices:
- Search your computer, find the security problem and fix it (or ask someone you know to do this for you as a favor or for a fee)
- Register your copy of Virtual Bouncer, have it fix the problem and let it automatically fix problems it finds in the future
- Remove Vitual Bouncer from your computer without finding the security problem (see next question for removal instructions)
If you or one of your friends finds the source of a security problem and removes it, you are still welcome to keep your unregistered
copy of Virtual Bouncer on your computer. That way, it can notify you if another problem appears.

| How do I remove Virtual Bouncer from my computer? |

Most people will be able to remove Virtual Bouncer through Add/Remove Programs in your control panel. If you do not know how to do
this or are having trouble, you can also uninstall the program by following these easy steps:
- Click here
- Select 'OPEN' or select 'Run from current location' and press OK.
- Once the program finishes, reboot your computer.

This was a bug in an early release of our product and has been corrected. If you're experiencing this problem, following these easy steps:
- Click here
- Select 'OPEN' or select 'Run from current location' and press OK.
- Once the program finishes, reboot your computer.
